Comments: Clark Harper did a fantastic job on this project. He is the absolute best contractor I have ever worked with and I have done several projects at my home over the years. He started the garage and completed the job as promised. He was on the job personally every day ensuring that the work was done properly and to my satisfaction. Comments: It was very high quality, a perfectionist, would hire the other contractors as needed. If it was not quality work, he would make them re-do the work. He built a custom home for me, very pleased.
